I think she is in rehab for the same reason so many famous people go. She has been behaving badly and doing embarrassing, foolish things. If she goes into “rehab”, she can blame her “addictions” for her irresponsible behavior. Going to “rehab” is a celebrity’s/politician’s way of becoming almost “blameless” and making fans excuse their behaviour. Don’t get me wrong, I realize celebs are human too, I just wish they would occasionally “fess up” and take responsibilty.

Depression, shes probably been self medicating and as you can see she is screwed at the mo. Good luck to her!!Hope she ends up ok.
