My husband has been addicted to vicodin for 2 years. I found out in March. He went cold turkey and made it through the horrible with drawls. He was clean about 2 months, then, he went back to using. He was only using a week or so before I found out. He started going to NA meetings faithfully, got a sponsor, and seemed to be doing well. He made it 3 weeks and used. He got back on track and made it another 10 days. Used again. He came home last night and told me he can’t do this alone, on the outside and wants to go to rehab. Of couse I said great. So, he is going to detox Tuesday and then to a inpatient facility. How will rehab help him? He gets his vicodin at his job and it is not going away and he cannot quit his job. Will rehab make him stronger? I have no idea what to expect. Any help would be great. Anyone had the same problem and stayed clean? Thank you so much for any info.

Really must be obtained treated for his addiction to heroin. This is ruining his life and both want to stop as soon as possible. I 'the m. away from her and the least I could do is just offer you my support and understanding. I want to help find a treatment center, as I do this?
