I wonder if his insurance covered part of the cost? Part of me thinks they would not cover him since drug use is preventable.

This is scary. I mean, where do these kids get heroin at 15? I am going to be 23 next month and it used to be an adventure to find cheap beer at 15, let alone cocaine or heroin. I’ve never wanted to try them, but the fact that people so young have such intense addictions is scary to me.

Well Iran is leading the world in heroin addiction. Needles litter the street…. In many 3rd world in the middle-east and south asia like Afghanistan, Turkmenistan, Kazakastain countries poppy is a major cash crop, and they do have junkies too. Much of this money goes toward funding terrorism.
